Brad Bingham

Writer/Director/Actor

Brad Bingham is a filmmaker, writer, and actor based in Reston, Virginia. He spent seven years in Los Angeles, going on more than 500 auditions and appearing on network television shows including The Middle, The Young & the Restless, and NCIS.

Determined to create his own opportunities, Brad moved east to take full ownership of his work and build a creative career on his own terms. That same drive also led him to found Enrollio, a fast-growing software company serving dance studios worldwide.

Brad wrote and directed his first short film, Please Subscribe (2024), which was nominated for Best Short at the Northern Virginia Film Festival.

His most recent short, This Is My Rifle, earned the Stage 32 “Double Recommend” award, highlighting his voice as a writer and director to watch. Outside of filmmaking, Brad lives in Reston with his wife, Hope, and their chihuahua, California.

Brad lives in Reston, Virginia with his wife and chihuahua named California. He is also the founder of Enrollio, the fastest-growing all-in-one growth and automation platform for dance studios worldwide.

Hope MacDonald

Director/Producer

Hope MacDonald is a director, producer, and entrepreneur with a diverse background in both the performing arts and business. She co-directed the short films Please Subscribe (2024), nominated for Best Short at the Northern Virginia Film Festival, and This Is My Rifle, where she brought her exceptional eye for storytelling and her ability to coordinate complex projects from concept to completion.

Hope owns and operates two seven-figure children’s dance studios in Gaithersburg, Maryland, where she has dedicated her career to developing young performers. With a background in musical theater, she has performed in more than 25 productions, including roles such as “Cosette” in Les Misérables, “Reno” in Anything Goes, and “Halie” in Buried Child. She is also a four-time nominee and recipient of the prestigious Cappie Award for “Best Female Dancer” and “Best Choreographer,” presented at the Kennedy Center.

Her ability to unite creativity, leadership, and discipline translates seamlessly into filmmaking. As a director, Hope excels at guiding performance and production with precision and vision, making her an essential voice in both the studio and on set.

Jake Simpson

Cinematographer

Jake Simpson is an award-winning cinematographer known for his emotionally charged visual storytelling and masterful use of natural light. With a portfolio that spans narrative films, commercials, and branded content, Jake’s work has been featured in top festivals and acclaimed by directors for its cinematic polish and visceral depth. He brings a signature blend of raw realism and refined composition that elevates every frame he touches.

Jake has lensed projects across the U.S. and internationally, working with a range of directors and production teams to bring bold creative visions to life. Whether capturing the intimate silence of a character’s inner turmoil or the kinetic chaos of a combat scene, Jake approaches each story with sensitivity, precision, and a relentless pursuit of visual truth. His latest work on This Is My Rifle continues his commitment to telling powerful, grounded human stories through the lens.
