Hope owns and operates a 7-figure children's dance studio in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and previously achieved great success as an actress and dancer. She has coached a local poms squad and is a collegiate poms competition judge.

She was a four-time nominee and recipient of the prestigious Cappie Award for “Best Female Dancer” and “Best Choreographer,” presented at the Kennedy Centre. She has performed at various local venues including the Olney Theatre and Kennedy Centre, where she starred as “Cosette” in Les Misérables, “Reno” in Anything Goes, and “Halie” in Buried Child. She has performed in and choreographed more than 25 musicals.
